7 simple ways to make your life happier

Ngl i got some of these from Google but they are really goooood

1.TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR ISSUES ,someone who you trust,believe me you'll feel 100x better

2.MUSIC pretty obvious, but upbeat music can be sososo fab when your sad. I recommend- Any Jackson 5 song (because they're insanely happy), Beyonce Love On Top (who doesn't love that song) and The Temptations My girl (its snazzy)
3.DANCING even if you've got two left feet like me, dancing is better than sitting around feeling sad plus it counts as exercise (i think)
4.THINK POSITIVE everyone loves a happy bunny so BE A HAPPY BUNNY
5.TAKE A LOT OF SMILEY PICTURES. taking pictures with your friends if amaze to look back on and fun to take so if you have another bad day you can look back on your smiley pics (two tips for the price of one,woohoo)
6.PLAN AHEAD,invite your pals for a day out or even just a lazy day with your pals PALS=HAPPINESS (i just typed 'pals' too much)
7.START A DIARY,just write about the positives of your day,ignore negativity
